A sentence the mirror got wrong, a question about the subscription, or something that did not work? Write to us. If it is about the mirror, tell us the day and the sentence; if it is about a purchase, the date and the Apple receipt. Please do not send us your entries.

How a day works

Pick a subject on Today and start the fifteen minutes. The question stays on the screen; put the phone face down. When the time is up, write at least five words. The mirror then arrives: a short note in the third person and one question. Tomorrow that question is where you start. Four sittings on one subject close an arc, and the fourth day shows your first and last sentences side by side.

Finish early sits at the bottom of the timer screen; Not today sits under the start button and is a neutral answer. Nothing is counted against you. There are no streaks to lose.

The mirror, and when it does not come

The mirror needs a connection: your entry goes once through our server to the AI model and comes back. If the connection fails, your entry is saved and the app offers to try again. If you chose don’t send when first asked, entries stay on the phone and no mirror is prepared; change that under Settings → Privacy.

The mirror never gives advice, praise or a diagnosis, and it does not answer questions put to it. That is by design: it reflects what you wrote and asks one question. If it said something untrue about your entry, tell us the day; that is the report that helps most.

The subscription, and restoring it

The first subject (four sittings) is free. After that there is one auto-renewable yearly subscription with a seven-day free trial at the start. It is billed by Apple to your Apple Account and renews unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.

On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings → Bought it before? Restore (Turkish build: Ayarlar → Daha önce aldıysan geri yükle). A subscription belongs to the Apple Account that bought it.

What leaves your phone, and what never does

Everything you write is stored on your phone. To prepare the mirror, that day’s entry, your first name, the day’s question and, if you wrote them, your values in your own words go once through our server to OpenAI’s model; nothing is stored on the way and entry text is never logged. The app asks your explicit permission before the first send. Entries that show signs of crisis are detected on the phone and never sent; a human-written support screen appears instead. Export and delete

Settings → Export gives you everything as Markdown or JSON. Settings → Delete everything removes every entry, mirror, value, letter and setting from the phone; it cannot be undone, and there is no copy anywhere else to recover it from.

Reporting a problem

When you write about a problem, please include:

• your device and iOS version;
• the app version and build (Settings shows both);
• which screen, and what you expected to happen;
• a screenshot, if it is not of an entry you would rather keep to yourself.
